• Name and profile photo when you create an account
• Style preferences, size, budget, and aesthetic inputs you enter for Poppy AI styling sessions
• Event details you create (event name, occasion type, guest list)
• Content you post in event feeds (photos, comments, links)
• Contact information if you reach out to us directly

Information collected automatically:

• Device type, operating system, and browser information
• App usage data (features used, pages viewed, session duration)
• Items saved, shared, or clicked within Poppy's picks
• General location (country/region level only, not precise GPS)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the WhatAreWeWearing app
• Power Poppy AI styling — your preferences are used to generate personalized outfit picks from our affiliate partner brands
• Enable event groups, social feeds, and guest coordination features
• Send app notifications and updates (only with your permission)
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the product experience
• Comply with legal obligations

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. Ever. We may share information with:

• Affiliate brand partners — when you click through to purchase an item from Poppy's picks, the brand's affiliate tracking system records the referral. We share only the minimum data required for commission tracking (no personal profile data)
• Service providers — trusted third parties that help us operate the app (hosting, analytics, customer support), bound by confidentiality agreements
• Anthropic — your styling inputs are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate Poppy's recommendations
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users
• Business transfers — if WhatAreWeWearing is acquired or merges, your information may transfer as part of that transaction

Your Choices & Rights

You have control over your information:

• Access & correction — you can view and update your profile information at any time within the app
• Delete your account — you can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at caitlin@getwww.app
• Notifications — you can manage push notification preferences in your device settings
• Opt out of analytics — contact us to opt out of usage analytics collection

Children's Privacy

WhatAreWeWearing is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at caitlin@getwww.app and we will delete that information promptly.

Users between 13 and 17 may use the app only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Affiliate links within Poppy's picks use tracking pixels and cookies to attribute purchases to WhatAreWeWearing for commission purposes. This is standard affiliate commerce practice and does not involve sharing your personal profile with brands.
